Details on fighting. More will be added later...probably. XD
1) PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE try your absolute BEST to type clearly when you're fighting. It's no fun and very frustrating when you can't tell what in the world the other person is trying to do.
2) Post in order when fighting. Don't post a gajillion times in a row, it takes two people to have a decent fight, allow the other person to post. If you need to add something, use the EDIT button, that's what it's there for. It might seem like stating the obvious but it's happened more often than not.
3) Fight in areas designated as fighting areas.
4) No characters, no matter what level or race, are invincible. They may be tough, but ALL have weaknesses and can be hurt. Godmoding will NOT go on. If I catch you, you will be warned once, and if you continue, removed for an amount of time, which is up to me. Or who ever else happens to catch you in the act.
**HP LOSS RULES**
'Anyway, its rather simple how this works. When you're fighting with someone, and a character gets hit, they determine how much they lose. Yes, the person getting hit decides on their own HP loss -_-;
The amount of damage is determined by several factors. First, the level of the attacker. Higher level, higher damage. Second, your own level. Higher your level, less damage. Next is the weapon being used, a gun will do more damage than a punch/kick/etc. And finally, the area in which your hit matters. A shot to the face will hurt more than one to the arm.
Obviously, the character has to be serious and not cheat. If you think that the hit should've done more damage, or they're being unrealistic, then that would be considered godmodding, and you need to let one of the staff know. They'll check things out for you. Now, an example for anyone who needs it:
Player one: Charges Player two and punches him in the stomach
Player two: Doubles over and coughs from the hit *insert random counter attack here* - 10 HP
See how simple that is? Continue till someone losses or gives up, and there you go. ^^'
